Maple Cafe Lights

With Thanksgiving Day passed, it is now time for Christmas lights. Here is the entry awning to the Maple Café in Metairie. While I was there servers were helping to assemble the Christmas tree and hang up garlands.

Countdown to Turkey Day!

My sister has her front porch ready for Thanksgiving Day. She even has a holiday flag (one of many holiday flags) flying in the wind. I'm sure she's just itchin' to put up her Christmas stuff.

These were shot on October 20th. I almost forgot to post these. This was the day after major flooding from a storm.

Pond Close Ups

After looking at the Poydras Home Art Show, I took a walk along the Memorial Walk on the grounds. I stopped at a quiet spot along way. There is a pond with benches and patio furniture. I took some photos and video. This weekend was warm with a nice breeze. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky.
